1. Eligibility and account information

You must provide accurate contact, shipping, and payment details while placing orders. GulNest may cancel suspicious or incomplete orders to prevent misuse or fraud.

2. Orders and pricing

Orders are accepted subject to stock availability and serviceable location. Prices, offers, and catalog listings may change without prior notice. An order is treated as confirmed once it is successfully placed and acknowledged by our system.

3. Handmade product nature

All products are handmade. Minor variation in shade, texture, finish, size, and decoration may occur and is considered part of handcrafted quality, not a defect.

4. Payments

We support approved payment methods shown at checkout. For manual UPI verification orders, processing starts after payment confirmation.

5. Cancellation policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed.

Custom orders require advance payment and are strictly non-cancellable because work begins specifically for that request.

6. Shipping and delivery

Dispatch usually happens within 2-3 working days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Delivery timelines vary by location, courier network, weather, and operational constraints.

Address accuracy is your responsibility. GulNest is not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect address or unreachable phone details.

7. Returns and refund policy

No returns are allowed. Confirmed orders are final and non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details so we can review and resolve on a case-by-case basis.

8. Custom orders

Custom order timelines, pricing, and design approvals are shared before production. Once design/work is approved or started, modifications may be limited and cancellation/refund is not supported.

9. Intellectual property

All website content, product photos, branding, and designs are owned by GulNest unless stated otherwise. Reproduction or reuse without written permission is prohibited.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GulNest is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use, delivery delays, or product use.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective once posted on this page with the revised date.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Any disputes are subject to jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
