Return and refund policy

1. Eligibility

A return, replacement, or refund is available only if you receive:

• A damaged product, or
• The wrong product.

2. Mandatory proof (unboxing video)

You must record a clear, continuous unboxing video from sealed package opening to product check. This video is mandatory for quality verification.

If an unboxing video is not available, we will not be able to process any return, replacement, or refund request.

3. Claim timeline and channels

Submit your request within 2 days of delivery through email or WhatsApp, along with your order number, unboxing video, and issue details.

4. Return condition (if pickup/return is required)

• Product must be returned without scratches or additional damage.
• Product must be returned in original packaging.

5. Review and resolution

Our Quality Assurance team reviews all submitted details to determine eligibility. Once approved, we initiate replacement or refund as soon as possible.

6. Refund timeline

• Prepaid orders: Refund is processed to the original payment mode within 5-7 working days.
• COD orders: Our customer support team will contact you to complete refund processing.
