At GulNest, we create handcrafted gifts and decor in small batches and ship safely across India. We offer replacement or refund only in specific eligible cases listed below.
A return, replacement, or refund is available only if you receive:
You must record a clear, continuous unboxing video from sealed package opening to product check. This video is mandatory for quality verification.
If an unboxing video is not available, we will not be able to process any return, replacement, or refund request.
Submit your request within 2 days of delivery through email or WhatsApp, along with your order number, unboxing video, and issue details.
Our Quality Assurance team reviews all submitted details to determine eligibility. Once approved, we initiate replacement or refund as soon as possible.
